Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Duty Officer role based in Jabalpur. The Duty Officer will oversee day-to-day cinema operations during assigned shifts, including monitoring auditorium readiness,



ensuring show schedules run on time, and coordinating with box office, F&B;, and housekeeping teams. The role involves managing customer queries and escalations, supporting safety and security procedures, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. The Duty Officer will track operational issues, report incidents, support basic administrative tasks, and work closely with the cinema management team to maintain a high-quality guest experience. The position requires flexible availability across weekends, holidays, and peak show times.
