Job Title: Production Supervisor - Steel Wire & Bright Bar Manufacturing

Location : Patalgana , Raigad

Company Overview:

We are a steel wire and bright bar manufacturing company catering to industries such as automotive, fasteners, textiles, and ball bearing production. Our facility handles a range of grades including alloy steel, tool steel, and stainless steel. We are looking for a hands-on, committed Shop Floor Manager to oversee daily operations.

Job Summary:

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day plant operations, including planning of manpower and machines, tracking material flow from incoming to dispatch, and supporting the quality and training teams. This role is critical to ensuring smooth, efficient, and timely execution of production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan daily production schedules and assign tasks to workers and machines.

* Monitor shop floor activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to timelines.





* Coordinate incoming raw materials and ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.

* Maintain shop floor discipline and worker productivity.

* Support the Quality Department with on-floor training and process checks as required.

* Ensure basic reporting and data entry is maintained using Microsoft Excel.

* Serve as the key liaison between the production team and management.

* Requirements:

* Bachelors in science preferred

* Prior experience in a steel manufacturing or processing plant is preferred.

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus.

* Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to manage labor and coordinate multiple production activities effectively.

Experience - 3-4 years

Salary - 32000/ to - 42000/- per month

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
