Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot tool room machines used for cutting tool manufacturing and grinding.
- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC tool grinders, cylindrical grinders, lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, etc.
- Identify and rectify mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Ensure machines are available for production with minimum downtime.
- Perform regular inspection, lubrication, and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain maintenance records and spare-parts requirements.
- Follow safety and maintenance procedures.
Qualification & Experience:
- ITI/Diploma in Fitter, Mechanical, Electrical, or Maintenance.
- 2–5 years of experience in tool room/machine maintenance.
- Experience with CNC and grinding machines will be preferred.
