Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the complete lifecycle of pharmaceutical products from concept to market launch.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, prescribing trends, and business opportunities.
- Support the development and execution of product marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to recommend strategic improvements.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing teams for product development and launch.
- Develop promotional materials, including visual aids, product literature, presentations, digital campaigns, and training content.
- Organize product launches, CMEs, conferences, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs, sales reports, and market share analysis.
- Gather and prioritize customer and field force feedback to improve product positioning and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure promotional activities comply with applicable pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.




- Provide product training and scientific support to the sales team.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports, sales analysis, product forecasts, and business reviews.
- Support budget planning and effective utilization of marketing resources.
- Travel extensively for field visits, customer meetings, conferences, and sales support activities.

Educational Qualification
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Life Sciences
- MBA (Marketing) is preferred.

Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Product Management or Marketing.
- Fresh MBA (Marketing) candidates with a pharmacy background may also be considered.
