Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company’s IT and digital solutions across target industries. Daily activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals,



and negotiating contracts in coordination with internal teams. The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, and collaboration with delivery and technical teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements. The Business Development Manager tracks sales performance, reports on pipeline status, and contributes to strategic planning to support revenue growth and brand visibility.

Qualifications
- Strong business development skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and sales pipeline management.
- Proficiency in client relationship management, including stakeholder engagement, presentation skills, and negotiation.
- Experience in IT services or technology solutions, with the ability to understand and articulate digital, software, or IT offerings.
