Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Assistant Relationship Officer role based in Anantnag. The Assistant Relationship Officer will support relationship managers in handling customer queries, explaining product features,
and guiding customers through application and documentation processes for loans and credit cards. The role involves maintaining regular communication with customers, collecting and verifying necessary information, and coordinating with internal teams and banking partners to ensure timely processing. The individual will also assist in tracking lead status, updating records in the system, and following up with customers to enhance satisfaction and drive conversions. Basic administrative support, adherence to compliance standards, and participation in local promotional or customer engagement activities are also part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
