We're looking for an experienced
B2B Lead Generation & Sales Development Representative (SDR)
who can generate qualified business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting.

This is
not a telecalling or B2C sales role.
We're looking for someone who understands B2B sales, technology services, and can build relationships with founders and decision-makers.

Your Responsibilities
- Research companies that could benefit from our software development services.
- Identify decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, CTOs, and Product Managers.
- Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
- Write personalized cold emails and LinkedIn outreach messages.
- Execute multi-step outbound campaigns.
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings for our sales team.




- Maintain CRM records and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach strategies.
- Consistently meet lead generation and meeting booking targets.

Required Skills & ExperienceExperience
- 2–4 years of B2B Lead Generation or SDR experience.
- Experience selling one or more of the following:
- Software Development Services
- SaaS
- IT Consulting
- AI Solutions
- Cloud Services

Must-Have Skills
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools
- Cold Email Outreach
- LinkedIn Outreach
- CRM Platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, etc.)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Robust internet research skills
- Follow-up discipline
- Ability to personalize outreach messages

Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of Mobile App Development and Web Development
- Experience working with US, UK, Canada, or Australian clients
- Experience selling custom
