- Manage Labour and Workforce relations, including communications with workers, resolving grievances and maintaining discipline at the workplace.
- Coordinate with labour contrcators and manage contractual workers, including attendence, wage records, statutory compliance and documentation.
- Ensure accurate calculation of PF, ESI, leave, Overtime, salary deductions and other statutory components.
- Handle ESI and EPF compliance monthly challans, registrations, KYC and related documentations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour Laws, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages and Bonus, ESI and EPF.
- Conduct regular training, employee engagement activities and awareness programme related to workplace policies and safety.
- Ensure proper implementation of Health , Safety, Welfare and Labour compliance practices at the workplace.
