We are looking for an NDR & Logistics Coordination Executive to handle customer and courier coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Call customers for NDR and failed delivery cases.
- Coordinate with courier partners for re-attempts and pending deliveries.
- Follow up on NDR and RTO cases.
- Resolve basic delivery-related customer queries.
- Maintain daily NDR records and updates.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
- Experience in NDR/logistics/courier is preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
