We're seeking a Director of People Operations who combines deep expertise in HR operations, compliance, and operational excellence with genuine and strategic business partnership instincts. Reporting to the SVP, Global People Operations, you will lead all aspects of People Operations for our offices in India and will work as a part of our global People Operations team to architect programs, processes and systems that enable our people and our business to scale.

This role is not about just about organizing office celebrations or managing people data and policies in isolation. This role will require you to be a strategic advisor to our leadership teams, a trusted presence and advisor to our employees, a custodian of process and compliance, and an owner of our culture and employee experience.

*HR Operations & Systems:*

Own the full HR operations functions for the region including onboarding, payroll coordination, advantages management, compliance, and employee data. Build and maintain processes that keep operations running smoothly.



Create documentation and workflows that scale as we grow. Understand, identify, and solution issues and communicate proactively with regional and global leadership teams. Own and manager HR data.

*Strategic Business Partnership:*

Partner with department heads and executives to translate business strategy into programs and solutions that systematically support employee and business growth. Supprt headcount planning tied to revenue goals. Advise on organizational restructuring when business needs change. Identify talent gaps before they become problems. You think like a business operator, not an HR administrator.
