Role Description
The Social Media Content Creator is a full time remote role responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to amplify Cultural Exchanges® initiatives and community.



This role involves developing content calendars; writing posts and captions; producing short-form video, image, and story content; and aligning each piece with the organization’s artistic and social impact focus. The Social Media Content Creator will monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and adapt content based on performance insights and audience feedback. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with curators and project leads to highlight exhibitions, auctions, collaborations, and artist features; preparing assets for campaigns and announcements; and ensuring consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging. The role also includes researching relevant trends in art, culture, and social impact, and proposing creative content ideas that strengthen the presence and growth of Cultural Exchanges® across platforms.
