We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production professional to join our team at Ruputed Pharmaceutical Company. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.

Roles and Responsibility
- Oversee and manage production processes to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and processes.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Proven experience in production management within the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and other relevant regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
