Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated QA Officer - IPQA to ensure real-time monitoring and control of manufacturing and packaging operations

The candidate will be responsible for implementing in-process checks, ensuring GMP compliance, and maintaining the quality integrity of products across various production stages

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct line clearance, in-process quality checks, and sampling activities during production and packaging

Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with GMP and SOPs

Review and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR)

Report and document deviations, non-conformities, and assist in CAPA execution

Perform routine checks for cleanliness, hygiene,



and documentation compliance on the shop floor

Coordinate with production, QA, and QC teams for timely issue resolution

Support internal audits, self-inspections, and regulatory readiness

Ensure traceability and documentation accuracy throughout production cycles

Education:
B

Pharm / M

Pharm / B

Sc / M

Sc in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related life science discipline

Experience:
2 to 4 years of relevant experience in IPQA/QA in a cosmetic, skincare, or oral care manufacturing setting

Key Skills:
Hard Skills:
Strong understanding of GMP, GLP, ISO standards, and IPQA practices

Experience in handling BMR/BPR, deviation reporting, and line clearance

Familiarity with quality tools such as CAPA, root cause analysis, and SOP compliance

Soft Skills:
Strong observation and attention to detail

Good interpersonal and communication skills
