About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and assertive
Supplier Quality Manager
to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring and continuously improving supplier quality,



supporting reliable supply chains, and ensuring that supplier parts, processes, and deliveries meet ENGEL’s quality expectations and international standards.

The position requires a strong technical background, sound judgement, and the ability to make quality decisions based on test results, inspection findings, supplier performance data, and process capability. You will work closely with suppliers, procurement, engineering, and global stakeholders to identify quality risks, challenge suppliers when required, and drive sustainable corrective and preventive improvement actions.

This role is suited for a highly experienced quality professional who is confident in supplier management, able to work independently, and comfortable collaborating with international teams and Western companies.
