About the Role

As Head – Design for Reliance Jewels, you will own the design strategy, creative direction and design identity that define every collection the brand puts on the shelf. Reporting to the Head – Jewels, you'll lead the design process end-to-end — from consumer insight and trend interpretation through concept creation, development, prototyping and final design approval — across gold, diamond, studded and silver jewellery.

You'll set the design vision and creative direction for the business, ensuring every collection reflects the brand's identity while staying relevant to target customers and regional markets. That means tracking jewellery, fashion and cultural trends across Indian and international markets, translating customer occasions and cultural influences into differentiated collection concepts, and providing creative direction and final approval across categories and price points.

You'll lead the conversion of concepts into sketches, CAD models, prototypes and production-ready specifications,



working closely with Sourcing & Quality to keep every design technically feasible and manufacturable. Beyond individual collections, you'll drive design innovation — new techniques, materials, motifs and forms — and build signature collections that strengthen brand recall, while partnering Category Management to balance creativity with cost, weight and commercial viability.

You'll also own the design calendar, ensuring collections launch on time, and build a high-performing design organisation with solid capability across creative design, CAD, product development and trend research.

Key Responsibilities
- Define the design vision, creative direction and design language for the Jewels business across all categories.
- Develop design concepts and collection themes across gold, diamond, studded and silver jewellery.
- Track jewellery, fashion, lifestyle and cultural trends across Indian and international mark
