Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Current Delhi. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintenance of employee records. The role involves supporting employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, and promoting a positive, inclusive culture across outlets and central teams.



The Executive will assist in implementing and updating HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. The position also includes coordinating performance management processes, supporting training initiatives, and collaborating with leadership to meet staffing and engagement goals.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including workforce planning and talent acquisition.
- Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, such as handling documentation, payroll coordination support, and HR systems or HRIS usage.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and employee engagement.
- Candidates should possess HR Policies knowledge, including drafting, implementing, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.
