Job Title: Accountant (Bookkeeping & Financial Management)
Location: Sanganer and Mansarover, Jaipur (Only locals preferred)

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Accountant to manage and oversee the company’s financial transactions, including the bookkeeping of all bills, invoices, and related papers. The ideal candidate should have expertise in accounting practices, strong organizational skills, and experience in maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring all invoices, bills, receipts, and documents are recorded and filed properly.
- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Process payments and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain ledgers.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and internal controls.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.




- Perform data entry for invoices and payments into the accounting software.
- Prepare reports for management and assist in audits as needed.
- Keep track of company expenses, taxes, and other financial transactions.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance.
- Positive communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Candidate must be from Sanganer or Mansarover, Jaipur.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certification in Accounting (e.g., CA, ICWA, or similar) is a plus but not mandatory.
