B. Position Summary:

Team lead (TL) will be responsible for leading a team working on one or more critical programs or tasks for a product category. The tasks include (but not limited to) audit vendor submissions to meet client’s catalog standards, interacting or coordinating with suppliers/manufacturers, identifying and correcting errors/complaints, maintaining records of work received and performed. The team is expected to perform these tasks by using fair judgement in understanding instructions provided by the process lead/manager. The role will have daily deliverables across productivity, quality and utilization as basic metrics. This role will work with various partners within the organization to enhance the business. The team lead will be responsible to drive productivity, efficiency, and quality in the team. The TL will also be responsible for getting trained on products in depth and train the team in categories as directed by client. The TL may be asked to take up random Quality checks on the floor.





Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned Responsibilities:

1. Assign daily volumes of the assigned tasks and ensure that the given SLA are met per the quality standards. 2. Collate and report records of day-to-day work by updating the trackers to reflect work done. 3. Demonstrate excellent time management skills. 4. If there is a possible default on SLAs or quality, flag the escalation in time to the manager or client. 5. Interacting and collaborating with client to plan capacity, training and audit sampling 6. Willingness to take initiatives and responsibilities. Requirements: 1. Must be flexible to meet business requirements. 2. Proficient in MS Office tools. 3. Strong written and oral communication skills in English is critical for the role. 4. Strong business communication skills to communicate with internal or external stakeholders clearly and concisely. 5. Positive logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
