Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspection of machining processes including Grinding, Turning, Milling, Drilling, Reaming, and Heat Treatment to ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality.
- Apply advanced quality control tools such as Vernier, Micrometer, Dial Gauge, CMM, etc. for precision measurement and verification.
- Perform PFMEA (Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis) to proactively identify risks and recommend preventive measures.
- Ensure strict compliance with ISO/TS standards and company quality management systems.
- Investigate and analyze rejections, defects, and non-conformities, prepare detailed reports, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing process capability and reducing defects.
