Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid campaigns across
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
.
- Develop campaign strategies based on client objectives such as
lead generation, brand awareness, website traffic, engagement, conversions, and sales
.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns, ad sets, audiences, creatives, budgets, and bidding strategies.
- Conduct audience research and create relevant
custom, lookalike, remarketing, and interest-based audiences
.
- Monitor key performance metrics including
CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and overall campaign ROI
.
- Coordinate with the
Creative, Social Media, PR, and Client Servicing teams
to develop performance-oriented ad creatives and messaging.
- Continuously test different
audiences, creatives, ad copies, placements, and campaign strategies
through A/B testing.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take timely corrective action to improve results.




- Track campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively and ensure optimum utilization of client spends.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities for fashion and lifestyle brands.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, events, UTM parameters, and other relevant tracking requirements.
- Stay updated with changes in Meta and Google advertising platforms, algorithms, policies, and emerging performance marketing trends.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with
Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
.
- Understanding of
Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
.
- Good understanding of campaign structures, targeting, bidding, optimization, and remarketing.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
