Profile Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Business Development professional, to drive business growth for our Food Division by managing existing customers and developing new business opportunities.

The role involves end-to-end sales coordination, including lead generation, sampling, quotations, order closure, dispatch, payment follow-up, and repeat orders. The candidate will also identify new products and market opportunities, support product trials, and build strong customer relationships to drive business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing Sales and Business Development related activities.
- Explore new developments and innovative products for the food segment.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, business opportunities, and pricing benchmarks.
- Support product trials, current product development initiatives, and customer validations by providing the necessary technical assistance and coordination to ensure successful implementation.




- Manage end-to-end coordination with customers from enquiry till dispatch:
- Generating leads.
- Sampling and Business Development.
- Preparing quotations.
- Obtaining purchase orders.
- Coordinating dispatches.
- Payment collection and reconciliation.
- Repeat order management.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to enhance business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer databases, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
- Handle customer complaints, feedback, and service-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer retention.

Required Skills & Eligibility:

1. Bachelors degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.

2. A Master's degree / MBA in Sales & Marketing, Food Technology, Food Science, or a relevant specializ
