Budget: 60 to 70k + Other allowances
- We require a Factory Manager who is familiar with the manufacturing of Reactors and Pressure vessels.
- Should have good knowledge of fabrication, welding and machining.
- Should be familiar with the ASME Codes
- Capable of planning production and handling a staff strength of 20-25 employees.
- Should be familiar with AutoCad design and drawings.
- Should possess good leadership and motivating skills.
- Candidate should have good contact with the local contractors and vendors in this field.
- Good English speaking skills is required.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role within the pressure vessel or reactor manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, and machining techniques,



with practical experience in these areas.
- Familiarity with ASME codes (ASME Section VIII, ASME B31.3, etc.) and related standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to interpret and modify technical drawings.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of 20-25 employees.
- Strong vendor management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines while maintaining quality and safety standards.

New Mumbai, Panvel, Taloja, KArjat, Kharghar
