- Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
- Monitor the quality of work, ensuring it aligns with the design specifications and company standards.
- Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with the design and project management teams.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies on-site.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update stakeholders on project status.
- Conduct site inspections and provide solutions for any design or execution challenges.
- Assist in managing project timelines and ensuring work is completed as per the schedule.
- Maintain communication between clients, designers, and site teams to ensure project alignment.
