Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to support our US IT Recruitment and Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, MSPs/VMS, and qualified IT professionals in the US market through various sourcing channels. The role requires strong research skills, database management, and the ability to generate high-quality leads for recruitment and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Research and identify potential clients (Direct Clients, MSPs s VMS) and US IT candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.

· Generate qualified leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients and candidates.

· Work closely with the Business Development and US Recruitment teams to understand hiring requirements and client needs.

· Conduct LinkedIn outreach,



email campaigns, and cold calling to establish initial communication with prospects.

· Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and communications in CRM/ATS systems.

· Perform market research to identify recent business opportunities and industry trends.

· Pre-screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, and availability.

· Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions between clients, candidates, and the recruitment team.

· Ensure lead quality by validating contact information and updating databases regularly.

· Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

· 2–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, preferably in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.

· Good understanding of US IT technologies, job roles, and staffing terminology.

· Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, Dice, Mons
