About Sports For Life

Sports For Life is a multi-sport academy running structured coaching programs across Badminton, Table Tennis, Football, and Tennis in Mumbai and Pune. We help children and adults discover, learn, and grow in the sport of their choice through qualified coaching, quality infrastructure, and a member-first experience. Our Pre-Sales team is the first voice a prospective member hears and plays a central role in turning interest into trials, and trials into long-term memberships.

Role Overview

As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective members. You will engage inbound and outbound leads, understand their needs, recommend the right program, and drive them through the funnel from first conversation to trial booking to enrolment. This is a target-driven, phone-first role ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, is persistent in follow-ups, and takes ownership of conversions.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads generated from digital campaigns, referrals, walk-ins, and other sources.




- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries across phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand each prospect's requirement sport, age group, skill level, preferred center and timing — and pitch the most suitable program.
- Book trial sessions and coordinate schedules with center teams and coaches.
- Follow up rigorously across the funnel: pre-trial reminders, post-trial closing, and re-engagement of dormant or undecided leads.
- Handle objections, share pricing and program details, and drive prospects toward enrolment.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date lead records in the CRM (LeadSquared) — logging call outcomes, status, and next steps.
- Capture and log lost-lead reasons accurately to support funnel improvement.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, trials booked, and enrollments.
