We are looking for an experienced Civil Draughtsman with strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D, RCC detailing, and construction drawings. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential/high-rise construction projects and be comfortable coordinating with site engineers and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed civil, architectural, and structural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and detailed working/GFC drawings.
- Prepare RCC drawings and reinforcement detailing for slabs, beams, columns, footings, etc.
- Prepare shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Modify drawings based on engineer/architect comments and site requirements.
- Coordinate with Project, Planning, Structural, and Site teams for drawing requirements.
- Verify dimensions, levels, and site measurements before finalizing drawings.
- Maintain proper drawing revisions, records, and documentation.




- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, approved designs, and applicable standards.
- Assist engineers with quantity take-offs/MTO and resolve drawing-related site queries when required.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
- Good understanding of RCC construction and structural detailing.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of construction practices and building drawings.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively under project deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in residential/high-rise construction projects will be preferred. The candidate should be comfortable coordinating with site engineers, structural teams, and execution teams.
