Role Description
The Manager – Custom Broker (Customer Service) is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. This position oversees customs brokerage operations while ensuring high-quality customer service for import and export shipments. Daily responsibilities include coordinating documentation for customs clearance, reviewing and validating compliance with international trade regulations, and liaising with customs authorities and other regulatory bodies. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving shipment issues,



managing timelines, and providing status updates throughout the logistics cycle. The manager will lead and support the customer service team, optimize processes, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal departments and overseas offices to ensure smooth end-to-end shipment handling.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Customs Brokerage, with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and documentation.
