Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer (2-4 years experience) to enhance our manufacturing efficiency through automation

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automation systems to improve production processes in our skincare, cosmetics, and oral care manufacturing facility

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain automation systems to optimize production lines

Work with PLC, SCADA, HMI, and robotics to automate processes in cosmetic and personal care manufacturing

Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues to ensure smooth operations

Collaborate with R&D;,



Quality Assurance, and Production teams to improve efficiency

Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and FDA regulations for automated processes

Conduct risk assessments and validation testing on automation equipment

Train and support production teams in using automated systems and controls

Analyze production data to enhance process efficiency and reduce downtime

Stay updated with the latest automation trends and technologies in the cosmetic industry

Qualifications & Skills:

Hard Skills:

Robust knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA, HMI, and industrial automation

Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) and machine vision systems

Expertise in electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic control systems

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MATLAB, or similar automation design tools

Understanding of GMP, ISO 22716, and FDA regulations for automated manufacturing

Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade auto
