Job Title: Business Development Manager (Bolt Torquing)

Role Overview

Looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Business Development Manager
for our
Bolt Torquing Division
to drive new business growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence across PAN India. The ideal candidate should possess strong industrial sales experience, a proven track record in business development, and the ability to generate sustainable revenue from industries such as Oil & Gas, Refineries, Petrochemicals, Power, Infrastructure, and Heavy Engineering.

Qualifications / Requirements
- Graduate in Engineering or B.Sc.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum
10+ years
of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Mandatory experience in
Industrial Services Sales
.
- Experience in Industrial, Engineering, Oil & Gas, Power, or Infrastructure sectors.
- Robust understanding of industrial services and project execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.




- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel extensively across PAN India.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities across PAN India.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and customers.
- Generate qualified leads, prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business deals.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Achieve assigned revenue, sales, and business growth targets.
- Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and business forecasting.
- Develop long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business and client retention.
