To achieve this, we are implementing the Odoo ERP platform across our entire organization, covering key areas such as property management, finance, sales, and human resources.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Odoo ERP Implementation Specialist to lead the end-to-end deployment of the Odoo ERP system. The ideal candidate will possess strong Python programming skills, a deep understanding of the Odoo framework, and a proven track record of at least 4 years in successful Odoo implementations. You will work closely with department heads to analyze business processes,



configure and customize Odoo modules, and ensure a smooth transition from our current systems to a fully integrated Odoo environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Project Leadership: Lead the full lifecycle of the Odoo ERP implementation, including planning, requirement gathering, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

· Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with key stakeholders across various departments (Property Management, Finance, Sales, HR) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate these needs into technical specifications and functional Odoo solutions.

· System Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Odoo modules to align with the company's operational workflows. This includes developing custom modules and features using Python, XML, and JavaScript where standard Odoo functionality is insufficient.
