Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying software applications using .NET technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop technical roadmaps.
- Ensure high-quality code reviews and adherence to coding standards within the team.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Job Requirements :
- 6-11 years of experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Solid expertise in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET) along with React.js/Angular frontend development skills.
- Experience working on cloud-based platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS is required.
- Proven track record of leading Agile projects using Scrum methodology.
