Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Associate role based in Bengaluru, designed for individuals who are starting their careers. The Inside Sales Associate will engage with prospective learners and clients via phone, email, and online channels to understand their needs and present suitable training and consulting solutions. Daily tasks include qualifying leads,



maintaining accurate records in the sales system, scheduling consultations or demos, and following up to ensure timely closures. The role also involves coordinating with training and consulting teams, addressing basic queries about programs and services, and supporting customer satisfaction through explicit, professional communication. The associate will work closely with senior sales staff to meet individual and team targets while building foundational skills in tech consulting sales.

Qualifications
- Ability to perform Inside Sales activities, including outreach, follow-up, and sales pipeline management.
- Skills in Lead Generation and basic Account Management to identify prospects and nurture ongoing relationships.
