Key Responsibilities:

-Execute end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination- Identify and engage potential candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Naukri, Telegram communities, and other niche tech forums
- Manage job postings and maintain structured candidate pipelines- Partner with the hiring team on IT and tech-focused roles

Eligibility Criteria:
- 0 to 1 year of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition
- Graduates or post-graduates in HR / MSW / MBA / Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 months of prior Talent Acquisition internship experience is mandatory
- Exposure to IT hiring is a strong advantage
- Prior internship experience within a product based company will be given preference
