· Drive employee lifecycle activities including on boarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.

Talent Acquisition

· Drive high-volume,



rapid recruitment for warehouse staff, logistics executives, drivers, and operational roles.

· Partner with regional operations heads to forecast manpower requirements and reduce empty-shift vacancies.

· Manage local job fairs, vendor consultants, and campus/direct sourcing channels.

Compliance & Labor Relations

· Ensure strict adherence to regional labor laws, factory acts, minimum wage rules, and safety regulations.
