Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have
- Solid experience in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) administration
- Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes architecture, deployment & troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of Linux (RHEL) system administration
- Experience in containerization using Docker/CRI-O
- Monitoring, logging, and performance tuning of containerized environments

Good-to-Have
- Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitOps, ArgoCD)




- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Exposure to DevOps practices and automation tools like Ansible

Responsibilities

1. Installation, configuration, and administration of Red Hat OpenShift clusters

2. Manage container lifecycle, deployments, scaling, and orchestration

3. Monitor cluster health, logs, and troubleshoot issues

4. Implement security policies and compliance standards

5. Perform patching, upgrades, and maintenance

6. Work on CI/CD integrations and automation

7. Manage storage and container networking

8. Collaborate with teams for issue resolution

Ensure high availability and disaster recovery
