Role Overview:

We're looking for an experienced BDM who can independently handle lead generation, opportunity creation, and client consulting for our services and products, including our SAP ERP offerings as well as the new venture's IT services, with a particular focus on mobile and web app development. This is a core team role. You'll be helping shape the business function from scratch rather than stepping into something already running. We need someone who communicates well, builds relationships naturally, and knows how to close. Someone who's genuinely comfortable working with international clients and has a solid track record in IT or SAP staffing and consulting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Joining as a core team member for a new venture backed by an established SAP ERP company, and helping
- build the business development function from the ground up.
- Driving the full business development cycle from lead generation and prospecting through to prospect
- creation and closing deals.




- Consulting with prospective and existing clients to understand what they need and positioning our services and
- products, whether that's staff augmentation, mobile and web app development, fixed cost projects, or hourly and
- T&M; engagements.
- Owning and managing the sales cycle for both fixed cost and staff augmentation projects.
- Building and managing key accounts so clients stay happy and stick around long term.
- Spotting and acting on cross selling and up selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Managing international client relationships across different time zones (US, UK, UAE, Europe or similar
- markets).
- Handling client communication, negotiation, and commercial discussions on your own.
- Keeping an eye on revenue and billing reconciliation tied to client deals.
- Maintaining accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting.
- Representing the company well in client calls, presentations, and proposals.
