We are looking for a Business Development Associate who can help us grow our client base by identifying potential clients, reaching out to them, and setting up meetings for our team.

You will be responsible for lead generation, cold calling, follow-ups, and appointment setting. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on calls, comfortable speaking to business owners, and genuinely enjoys sales and communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across relevant industries.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce Voyse Digital's services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and other channels.
- Understand the prospect's business and identify potential marketing requirements.
- Qualify leads and determine whether they are a positive fit for our services.
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and our team.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects.
- Maintain and update lead information and follow-up status.
- Work towards monthly lead generation and meeting targets.




- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, telecalling, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Freshers with good communication and confidence are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with new people.
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and consistently follow up.
- Good understanding of social media and digital marketing is a plus.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and CRM tools.
- Good English communication is required. Knowledge of Kannada/Hindi is a plus.
