Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager / HR Business Partner to lead people operations across the organization and work closely with BU Heads and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as an HR Business Partner to BU Heads and senior leadership.
- Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition across business units.
- Handle POSH, employee grievances, ethics and workplace concerns.
- Manage payroll processing, HRMS and statutory compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and governance processes.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Track HR analytics including attrition, hiring and engagement.
- Lead specialized hiring for AI/ML, Python and technical roles.
- Manage internship and research hiring frameworks.
- Develop compensation benchmarks for critical technical roles.





Required Skills
- 6–9 years of progressive HR/HRBP experience.
- Strong experience in POSH, grievance handling and employee relations.
- Hands-on knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance.
- Strong Talent Acquisition and employee engagement experience.
- HRMS and HR analytics knowledge.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid executive presence, judgment and problem-solving ability.
- Experience working in a startup/scaling organization preferred.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in MNCs/large technology companies as well as startup or scaling environments will be preferred.
