About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with 35 years of experience in the EdTech industry to lead and drive our sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing high-performing sales teams, and driving revenue growth in an EdTech environment.

The candidate should possess strong leadership, sales strategy, and team management skills, with a deep understanding of the student sales lifecycle and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize conversions.
- Monitor team performance through KPIs, sales reports, and regular performance reviews.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to improve productivity and sales performance.




- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead allocation to enrollment closure.
- Optimize sales processes and improve conversion rates across the funnel.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners and stakeholders.
- Handle escalations, objections, and complex sales negotiations.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance dashboards for management.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the admission journey.
