Role

We are looking for a hands-on
AI Solutions Developer / AI Application Engineer
who can understand business and garment manufacturing challenges and build practical AI/data applications to improve
production efficiency, visibility, material utilization, decision-making and on-time delivery
.

The role will work closely with
Production, PPC, Industrial Engineering, Planning, Sampling, Merchandising, Quality and Management
teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered applications for
production tracking, efficiency, sampling, delivery and MIS
.
- Develop analytics for
fabric utilization, marker/pattern efficiency and material cost reduction
.
- Integrate applications with
WFX ERP, APIs, databases and operational data
.
- Build
automated MIS, dashboards and management reporting
.
- Analyse business problems, identify the right technology and develop solutions from




problem → data → development → deployment → measurable result
.
- Work directly with factory and business teams to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on
Python and SQL
.
- Backend/API development using
FastAPI, Flask, Django, Node.js or equivalent
.
- Experience with
REST APIs, databases, data integration and ETL/data pipelines
.
- Practical knowledge of
AI/ML, GenAI/LLMs, predictive analytics, forecasting or automation
.
- Experience with
Power BI or other BI/dashboarding tools
.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Preferred
- Experience with
WFX or other ERP systems
.
- Apparel/garment/textile/manufacturing industry experience.
- Understanding of
PPC, production, sampling, BOM, fabric, cutting, sewing, WIP, SAM/SMV and OTIF
.
- Experience building internal business applications or automation solutions.
