Core Responsibilities:

Responsible for the acquisition of small to large corporates for various banking-related products

Enhancing/maintaining existing client relationships

Enhancing/maintaining relationships with banks and deriving leads from them

Build relationships with Bankers, CA, and other NBFCs to generate leads

Achieving the targeted growth in revenue and market share

Scanning the market for potential leads, targeting, and converting the same into business for the company

Manage lead generation by working on databases/referrals

Negotiate and close mandates with the potential client

To be able to handle a team of Business Development managers Pan Maharashtra and help them in the closure of Mandates and Generate Revenue
