We are hiring an experienced Golang Architect for a leading MNC based out of Bangalore. The role involves architecting and delivering highly scalable, resilient, and cloud-native applications using Golang, AWS, and Apache Kafka.
The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on technical expertise combined with experience in system architecture, distributed systems, microservices, and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Design and architect scalable, high-performance applications using Golang.
Lead the architecture and development of microservices and distributed systems.
Design and implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
Architect and integrate solutions using AWS cloud services.
Drive system design, scalability, performance, reliability, and security.
Define architecture standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
Conduct technical design and code reviews.
Work closely with engineering, product, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams.
Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams.
Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and drive continuous improvement.
Must-Have Skills
8+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
Strong hands-on expertise in Golang.
Excellent understanding of Golang concurrency, performance optimization, APIs, and best practices.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native application development.
Extensive experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture.
Strong knowledge of Microservices and Distributed Systems.
Excellent understanding of System Design and Architecture.
Experience designing highly available and scalable enterprise applications.
Strong technical leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Experience with REST APIs and cloud-native technologies.
Experience working in large-scale enterprise/MNC environments.
