- Responsible for calling insurance companies (in US) on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable
- Should be able to convince the claims company (payers) for payment of their outstanding claims
- Sound knowledge of U

Healthcare Domain (Provider side) methods for improvement of the same
- Should have basic knowledge of the entire Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Manage & develop collaterals as required

Compliances:
- Adherence to company policies, rules and regulations
- To follow quality processes thoroughly using checklist standards
- Adherence to HIPAA guidelines and policies for the process

Qualifications: Any graduation

Mandatory Skill Sets:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills





Soft skills required:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and a positive team player

Work Experience:
- Work experience of at least 2 Years in Accounts Receivable (AR) calling

Office Timings:
- Should be ready to work in US shifts
