The Organic World is a leading retail brand committed to providing organic, natural, and sustainable products to customers. We are seeking a highly experienced E-commerce skilled to drive our D2C business, enhance customer experience, and accelerate online revenue growth.

Role Summary

The Senior Manager - E-commerce will be responsible for leading and scaling The Organic World's D2C business through Shopify and other digital commerce channels. The role involves end-to-end ownership of online sales, website performance, customer acquisition, retention, digital marketing alignment, merchandising, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce & D2C Strategy

Develop and execute the D2C growth strategy aligned with business objectives.

Drive revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and profitability across online channels.

Identify new opportunities for online business expansion and market penetration.

Shopify Store Management

Own and manage the Shopify ecosystem, including website operations, product catalog, promotions, checkout optimization,



and customer experience.

Work closely with developers and agencies to implement enhancements and new functionalities.

Ensure website speed, uptime, SEO readiness, and seamless user journeys.

Performance Marketing & Customer Growth

Collaborate with marketing teams to drive customer acquisition through paid media, SEO, CRM, and social commerce.

Monitor and optimize ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, AOV, and customer lifetime value.

Develop customer retention and loyalty initiatives.

Merchandising & Conversion Optimization

Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory visibility.

Leverage analytics to optimize website merchandising and conversion funnels.

Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements.

Analytics & Reporting

Track key business metrics and generate actionable insights.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership.
