Location: Mulund, Mumbai

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 (based on experience & interview)

Working: 5 Days (2 Rotational Offs)

Shift: As per event schedule

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic Event Coordinator to plan and execute impactful NGO events. If you’re organized, creative, and passionate about social work—this role is for youKey Responsibilities:

* Plan & execute events end-to-end

* Coordinate with vendors, volunteers & partners

* Manage event logistics & on-ground execution

* Promote events via social media & outreach

Requirements:

* 2–3 years event coordination experience

* Strong communication & multitasking skills

* Flexible for event-based working hour
