About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Design & Video Editing Intern who is genuinely hands on with both design and video. This role is core to how Vibha looks and communicates, you will be creating the presentations, reports, and social media creatives that represent our work publicly, and editing the videos that bring our impact to life. This is a high visibility role for a leading non profit, ideal for someone who wants real design and editing experience, not just a support function.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and edit presentation decks, reports, and documents with robust visual storytelling
- Edit videos end to end, including trimming, pacing, adding text, music, and basic AI based editing tools, for social media, walkthroughs, and how to manuals
- Create scroll stopping creatives for social media, campaigns, and events
- Work closely with the Marketing team to turn ideas into finished visuals and videos
- Maintain brand consistency across every design and video output

Requirements

Good to have




- Strong hands on skills in both graphic design and video editing, this role needs someone equally comfortable with both, not one or the other
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe tools (Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign)
- Practical video editing experience, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar, including AI based editing tools
- A strong eye for detail, layout, and visual storytelling
- Ability to work independently and manage timelines without close supervision
- A portfolio or reel showing both design work and edited video is required to apply
