Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Staff role in Food & Beverage (F&B;) and Front Office (FO) located in Saharanpur. The Service Staff member will greet guests, assist with check-in and check-out, handle reservations, and respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally. In the F&B; area, responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, setting up and clearing tables, and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.



The role also involves supporting daily hotel operations, coordinating with kitchen and housekeeping teams, processing payments, and promoting hotel services to enhance guest satisfaction. The Service Staff is expected to follow hotel policies, maintain a professional appearance, and contribute to a welcoming and efficient environment.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess Sales and basic Finance skills to handle billing, promote hotel services, and support revenue generation.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to manage bookings, resolve issues, and support smooth daily operations.
