About the Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our Sales & Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging with prospective customers through multiple channels, and scheduling qualified meetings for Account Executives or senior leadership.
This role is well suited for individuals who are confident communicators, target-oriented, persistent, and interested in building a career in B2B sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting and targeted outreach.
Conduct cold calls to prospective customers and understand their business requirements.
Execute personalized email outreach campaigns to target prospects.
Perform LinkedIn prospecting and social selling to identify and engage potential customers.
Research target accounts and identify relevant decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Engage with prospects, understand their requirements, and qualify them based on defined criteria.
Schedule qualified meetings and product discussions for Account Executives, Sales Managers, or Founders.
Follow up consistently with prospects until they become sales-qualified opportunities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead, prospect, and activity information in the CRM.
Coordinate with the Marketing team on lead-generation and outbound campaigns.
Track outreach activities, conversion rates, meetings booked, and other sales KPIs.
Meet assigned daily and weekly outreach, lead-generation, and meeting targets.
Maintain a professional and positive relationship with prospects throughout the sales process.
