Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maths Faculty member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality mathematics instruction, developing engaging curricula, and supporting student learning in higher education settings. Working Hours: 11am to 8pm

Week Off- Tuesday

Experience- Min 3 to 4 yrs

Location- Hazra More, Near Jatin Das Park Metro Gate No 3, Kolkata, West Bengal.

Duties
- Deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons aligned with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- Need to take online and offline classes for Foundation batch(7 to 10), CBSE, ICSE and West Bengal Board.
- Develop and update course curricula, instructional materials,



and assessments using instructional design principles.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Blackboard to facilitate online learning components and track student progress.
- Incorporate research-based teaching methods and learning technology to enhance student engagement and understanding.
- Provide academic advising, mentorship, and support to students, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Manage classroom activities efficiently, ensuring adherence to university policies and fostering inclusive participation.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, research initiatives, and program improvements.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and contribute to institutional goals related to adult education and higher education teaching.
