:We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technologies

.Key Responsibilities
- :Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycl
- eSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platform
- sWork on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirement
- sScreen and shortlist candidates based on client requirement
- sCoordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and client




- sNegotiate salary/rates and close position
- sMaintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidate
- sEnsure timely submissions and closure

sRequired Skills
- :Strong understanding of US IT recruitmen
- tHands-on experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
- )Good knowledge of visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, etc.
- )Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- sAbility to work in a fast-paced environmen
